Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Due to the custom nature of our printed products, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection — please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@inkthread.store with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@inkthread.store with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
